Our bio-ethanol fires are delivered throughout mainland UK. Delivery times vary depending on stock availability and the specific model:
- Standard delivery: 5-28 working days
- Each product page specifies the estimated delivery time for that particular model
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We will notify you of any significant delays
- Delivery is to the ground floor only unless otherwise arranged
- Additional charges may apply for Highland and Islands
3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
All bio-ethanol fires sold through our website are:

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- Return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receipt
- Receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods

- Products that have been installed or used
- Products with damaged packaging or missing parts
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

7. WARRANTY

The warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Damage during return shipping
